OVERVIEW

The drama revisits the tragedy at Heysel Stadium in Brussels during the 1985 European Cup final between Liverpool and Juventus, in which 39 people lost their lives. At the heart of the story are the mayor’s daughter, Marie (Violet Braeckman), and Italian-born journalist Luca (Matteo Simoni), who find themselves caught in the midst of the tragedy and are forced to confront questions of both personal and social responsibility.
