Awards Ceremony for the Winning Films
This year, 490 films from 94 countries entered the competition, with 50 selected for the main competition. The expert jury then chose the winners in six categories: Sports Personalities, Feature Films and Series, Olympic Ideas, Documentaries, Society and Education, and Czech Scene.
For the second time, the Gala Evening will take place at the F. X. Šalda Theatre and will be broadcast live on Prima Sport. The evening will once again be hosted by Petr Svěcený and directed by Vojtěch Nouzák. Among the guests will be Liberec-born Olympic champion Zuzana Maděrová.
As the 29th edition of the festival thematically follows the recent Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games, the Gala Evening will also welcome Italian Ambassador Alessandro Gaudiano and Czech singer of Italian descent Genny Ciatti.
